I did *not* want to get out of bed and run today… it rained all night, and was still coming down at 5:30, so the urge to stay in bed was strong. But, I did make it out of the house.

I had a BOKB today (Big Ol’ Krackel Bar), so I guess I have to go sit in the corner with the dunce cap on or say ten Hail Mary’s or something like that 🙂 Anyway, I finally got some skin calipers so now I can hopefully have more accurate results in terms of body fat measurement. Considering the reading is 5% less than what my scale says, I think I’ll stick with the calipers 🙂
