Another Subway Tale…

Today I was at yet another Subway getting lunch, and noticed that there was a floor scale (the kind you weight yourself on) near the soda fountains. I suppose the idea was to emphasize how much weight you will lose by eating Subway.

What they *should* do is put it at the *front* of the line where you order your food, so you can weigh yourself prior to ordering – might make people think twice about ordering that foot-long Philly cheesesteak with everything on it.

Today’s traffic was horrible – I’m seriously considering moving closer to work, even if it means moving into a condo or an apartment.

I completed the 12-week Body For Life program nearly two weeks ago… unfortunately other events have prevented me from updating the blog, but here they are-

Final weight: 191 (Starting weight: 203)

Final bodyfat: 14.6% (Starting bodyfat: over 21%)
