Well, yesterday got worse before it got better. But when I finally arrived at home and checked the mail, I found an rebate check for $200 – gotta love unexpected cash! So I guess it all balanced out.

Today I start on a new journey – that of being thirty-something. ‘dat’s right – in 1972, as the A’s and Reds battled it out in game 6 of the World Series, I was born. I remember when 30 seemed so *old* 🙂

The opposite of Thank God It’s Friday. Today has just been a lousy day all around. No particular reason – I woke up (late) and in a bad mood, and it hasn’t changed. Grrr….

I am now 7% of the way there!!!

Last night, my internet-free evening was spent watching WWE RAW (which stunk), cleaning my grill for winter storage, and clearing out half of my garage. It needed it badly, and now I can use my kickboxing bag with all the free room! 🙂

I’ve heard that you can break any addiction or habit if you can go six weeks without it. So I am attempting to go six weeks without internet access at my home. Yesterday was the first day, and I spent a good part of the evening wandering around the house trying to figure out what to do with myself. I just hope it doesn’t translate into more time watching TV….
