I imagine this is a fairly vain observation (but then again, the whole concept of a blog is vain in nature)… but I noticed today that I no longer have fatty deposits underneath my pecs – whoo! 🙂 Anyway, I still have another 8-10% body fat that I’d like to drop, but it’s nice to see some progress.

Could someone tell me what those things in the new Quiznos commercials are supposed to be?

Seriously – they frighten me.
