(Start of week 6)
Well, my free day ended up being more like a free weekend… too much bad food.
Today at the Y I noticed two separate individuals who were textbook examples of how *not* to lift weights… they were trying to speed through the sets, jerking the weights with no control, using their backs, etc. I just wanted to grab the dumbbells away from them and swat them on the nose with a newspaper like you would a bad puppy. Ack!
