Day 44 of 84
Well, I’m halfway home. I was going to do a big breakdown of my progress, but let’s just say I’ve dropped nearly 9 pounds (15 pounds since Christmas!), quite a bit of body fat, and am looking much more defined than I have in a *looooong* time 🙂 I’m still not seeing much progress around the mid-section – I really want to lose these 36″ pants – but that’s to be expected. It’s the first place guys put on weight, and the last place it comes off. I am starting to see some ab definition, which is encouraging. Six more weeks to go… these last six weeks have gone by very slowly – I hope the second half will seem a little quicker!
