Personally, I’ll be glad when today is over.
The events of 365 days ago have been hashed and rehashed from every conceivable angle, and doubly so over the past month. Is there really anything left to be said?
I completely understand the need for people to commemorate the anniversary of tragic events. I have nothing but sympathy for those affected by what happened, and nothing but respect for all who have sacrificed their lives to protect our God-given freedom.
However, I anxiously await September 12th so we can get back some sense of normalcy.
